Whether you're happily single or madly in love, there appears to be a bartender in each corner of the country ready to lubricate your weekend's activities (with alcohol, of course!). Take a sip of the "Skinny Dip" Cocktail in Denver, knock back a vile of Love Potion #299 in New York, or fit in a few MO'Kisses in Boston. Keep reading to find out what's in each of these love-inducing drinks, and more.

ELWAY'S Downtown in the Ritz-Carlton, Denver will host an "Ice Breaker" happy hour from 4-7 PM each night between Feb. 11-15. Ice-breaker games to encourage mingling among singles will be complemented by seductively named cocktails featuring NUDE vodka, a new high-end spirit from the Pacific Northwest. Keep it simple with the "Skinny Dip" cocktail, a blend of NUDE vodka, San Pellegrino and a splash of lime juice, or take a taste of the "Playmate" martini made with NUDE vodka, white grape juice and Sprite. There will also be appetizers made with aphrodisiac ingredients to set the mood, including a trio of oysters, dry fig and goat cheese spread drizzled with truffle honey, and even crispy Rocky Mountain oysters. 1881 Curtis St., Denver, CO, (303) 312-3800.

If you're not in need of any ice-breaking activities, re-kindle your passions at Manhattan's Library Hotel. During Valentine's Day weekend, bartenders at the hotel's Bookmarks lounge will mix Love Potion #299, a bright red blend of Champagne, rose sherbet, pomegranate juice and a rose petal to top it all off. Though with views of the New York Public Library, a 360-degree wrap-around terrace, and a working fireplace, you might not need any love potion to feel warm and fuzzy. 299 Madison Avenue, New York, NY, (212) 983-4500.

Throughout the month of February, mixologists at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston's M Bar & Lounge will be slinging the MO'Kisses Martini (pictured on the left), made with St. Germain, strawberry liquor, strawberry puree, champage and gold dust. It'll go nicely with the aphrodisiac bento box filled with lobster miso, a foie gras steam bun, and duck confit with a scallion pancake ($48 with chocolate fondue dessert). 776 Boylston Street, Boston, MA, (617) 535 8800.

In Arizona, Valentine's Day has a decidedly Southwestern twist. Try the Rose Angel Margarita, a blend of Gran Centenario Rosangel Tequila, Cointreau, Sence Rose Nectar and lime juice, at R'Bar at the Camelback Inn. While this drink is still pink and a bit floral (Rosangel is infused with hibiscus flower, and Sence has a hint of rose), remember there's still tequila and lime in there! 5402 E. Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale, 480-948-1700.
