- - BUMPED AGAIN The American Society of Travel Agents reports that around 235,000 people were bumped from U.S. flights in the first quarter of 2004—a 21 percent increase from thesame time last year.
- + SIESTA TIME At MetroNaps in New York City's midtown (www.metronaps.com), stressed-out executives pay $14 for a 20-minute snooze. (Each additional 20 minutes is $9.50.) The company—and its trademark "napping pods"—will soon expand in the United States and abroad.
