Bathing beauties are in for a treat. At all Ritz-Carlton properties, "bath butlers" are taking bubbles to new heights, creating infusions—specific to each hotel—for weary guests. At New York's Battery Park location, for example, harried business types can sink into a rosemary-steeped "Wall Street" bath, with champagne and a copy of the Wall Street Journal tubside.• The Regent group is also making waves—attendants draw scented soaks and set out candles, pillows, and soothing CD's. • And in Santa Monica, Shutters on the Beach has equipped every bathroom with a "wet" version of the mini-bar. Called the R&R Bar, it holds pampering goods like tea bags for the tub and "passion oil." It'll be a steamy scene.—Heidi Sherman Mitchell
