A new hyperlapse video showcases nine different countries in Asia, taking you on one unforgettable journey.

Swiss couple Jenny Gehrig and Sylvain Botter recently embarked on a six-month trip through the continent, traveling everywhere from Laos and Cambodia to China, Vietnam, and Kuala Lumpur.

The duo turned their adventure into a mesmerizing hyperlapse video of some of Asia’s best sites, from the Temples of Vat Phu in Champassak to Beijing’s Forbidden City.

China was the favorite destination for both, as they mention on their website, thanks to its rich calligraphy, temples, architecture, and a landscape that’s ideal for hiking.

"The karstic landscapes of the south of China, the rice fields, and the glaciers, are all incredible destinations to discover," Botter wrote of the experience on their website.

As you watch, you'll be transported to bustling cities, famed tourist attractions, serene hills of rice terraces, towering temples, and sailing excursions through the area’s shimmering islands and lakes, all in a matter of minutes.
