Recreate Your Favorite Disney Coffee Drinks With Joffrey's — The Official Specialty Brew of the Park (Video)

If you’ve visited Disneyland or Disney World in recent years, you’ll recognize Joffrey’s as the go-to place for a theme park caffeine fix. Joffrey’s has had a relationship with Disney since 1995, and in 2012, it became the official specialty coffee, with kiosks located around the parks.

You can get everything from basic lattes to exclusive, themed creations at the Joffrey’s locations around the resorts — and these fun coffee drinks are among the best treats in the parks. Near Space Mountain at Magic Kingdom, guests can order the Mission to S’mores drink for an out-of-this-world beverage. This latte is made with chocolate sauce and marshmallow syrup, and then topped with whipped cream, graham crackers, and fluffy marshmallows.

Fans of Toy Story will love the super-sweet Round ‘Em Up Latte, made with cookie butter and dulce de leche, and topped with whipped cream, animal crackers, and colorful sprinkles. (You can only find this tasty drink at the Joffrey’s kiosk outside of Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios.) In honor of the newly introduced Disney Skyliner gondola system, Joffrey’s created the Toffee Flight Latte, which is blended with sea salt, caramel toffee, and dark chocolate before it’s topped with toffee crumbles and a cloud of whipped cream. Park guests can find this fun treat at the kiosk at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort near the Skyliner station

That’s just the beginning — Joffrey’s kiosks offer a range of delightfully themed drinks, and now, you can make them at home. Even though the parks are temporarily closed, you can still get a taste of the Disney magic, thanks to the Disney Specialty Coffee Collection, which is sold online.

Enjoy the Kona Blend, created for Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, or grab a bag of the Artifact Blend, sold exclusively at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Joffrey’s recently released some of their signature recipes on their blog, so you can make delicious drinks no matter where you are.

Here’s how to make the Joffrey’s Round ‘Em Up Latte at home.

Ingredients:

• 10 oz. Joffrey’s French Bistro Blend
• 4 oz. milk
• 1 1/2 oz. Monin® Cookie Butter Syrup
• 3/4 oz. Monin® Sea Salt Caramel Toffee Sauce
• Whipped cream
• Monin® Salted Caramel Sauce
• Animal crackers
• Colorful sprinkles

Fill a serving glass with ice, and pour the coffee, milk, cookie butter syrup, and toffee sauce into the glass in the order listed. Mix those ingredients together in a mixing tin, and then pour it back into the serving glass. Top with whipped cream, salted caramel sauce, animal crackers, and sprinkles, and serve.
