Disneyland's Unicorn Frappuccino Is Even More Magical Than the Original
A note to businesses everywhere: Don't try to out-magic Disney.
Hello Giggles' beauty editor, Marie Lodi, was in the right place at the right time on Monday when the Starbucks ran out of the blue ingredients needed to make the Unicorn Frappuccino, and, in typical Disney fashion, still managed to make dreams come true.
How did they bounce back from such a tragic situation, you ask? The Happiest Starbucks on Earth simply concocted their own mythical creature-inspired drink, the Pink Pegasus Frappuccino.
The drink blends white mocha and raspberry flavors, according to Hello Giggles, and is basically the Unicorn Frappuccino without the sour blue ingredients. Considering the sour taste is what many critics complain about most (aside from the obsession's potential long-term repercussions on our society as a whole), the Pegasus seems to be a hit.
"This is what the Unicorn Frap SHOULD have tasted like," Lodi wrote on Instagram.
The coveted frapp is exclusive to the Downtown Disney Starbucks location, and will only be offered for a limited time. Get it while you can, because Instagramming the OG Unicorn Frappuccino is so yesterday.
Plus, if there ever was a socially acceptable place to spend $5.55 on a hot pink Pegasus drink, it's most definitely Disneyland.
