One stunning example will be The Sanctum from the “Doctor Strange” movie, where you can explore outdoor ruins that illuminate at night – guaranteed to be an Instagrammable spot. In this ride, guests will board WEB Slinger vehicles that swivel and twist, and they will use cutting-edge technology to sling webs like Spider-Man in a virtual world to stop out-of-control Spider-Bots. Tom Holland will be reprising his role for the ride, so guests can expect to hear a familiar voice on their interactive journey. The innovative technology for this ride has been in development at Disney for approximately two years and employs a gesture recognition system that allows guests to virtually sling webs from their hands and save the day, just like their friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
