Have you visited yet? I mentioned it briefly on Weekend Today a few weeks ago, but if you’re unfamiliar, is Microsoft’s new search site—and its travel section is my current obsession.

I’m not sure about you, but when it comes to booking a flight, I get a little anxious. Is this the best fare possible? Am I going to get an Airfarewatchdog deals email and see that my $357 round-trip to Miami is now $275? Don’t fret: Help is on the way. uses Farecast technology; its 7-day Price Predictor feature gives research-backed recommendations about whether you should book now or wait until fares drop. (Case in point: recommends that travelers looking to fly from Seattle to San Francisco should wait until rates fall below $199.)

I also love that the site’s homepage features a photo of a new destination every day. And if you’re looking for chili in Cincinnati or sunglasses in San Diego, check out Maps; they're guaranteed to give MapQuest and Google Maps a run for the money.
