Twitter is a great source of information. Except, perhaps, when it comes to your vacation.

A hashtag game called #TerribleTourismAdvice started by the Twitter account @MilesOfHashtags asked Twitter travelers to dole out their best, or rather, their worst, tourism tips.

If you’ve ever taken a picture “holding up” the Leaning Tower of Pisa or hilariously quoted the lyrics to “Lady Marmalade” to a French person, you might experience some déjà vu.

Tourists: remember to do your research and always do the opposite of what Twitter tells you to do.
