In a world where renting a room in a houseful of strangers counts as a valid use of PTO time, "vacation" has come to mean something different for everyone. You're bound to have a much different experience staying in a rented room or hotel versus investing in a private home for the weekend. Obviously HomeAway—a vacation rental website—would choose a private rental over a hotel, but a new commercial from the brand has us leaning the same direction.

In 60 seconds, HomeAway managed to share all of the ridiculously annoying things that can happen when you "share" your vacation: obnoxious, air-guitaring pool guests; errant water gun fights; impromptu hugs from absurdly hairy, scantily-clad strangers; waking up to a creepy housemate watching you sleep in the room they rented you—the list goes on. The best part? It's narrated by Nick Offerman. Check it out above.
