Amtrak will be waiving its regular pet fee for passengers traveling with a furry friend between Dec. 9, 2016 and March 31, 2017.

The $25 one-way fee that Amtrak usually charges is being waived as part of a promotion with Universal Pictures to promote “The Secret Life of Pets.” Amtrak only recently expanded its pet program, but more than 15,000 pets joined their owners on trains in the first year, according to a statement. Amtrak allows dogs and cats up to 20 pounds, on trips up to seven hours.

Reservations must be booked between December 6 and December 11, and purchased at least three days prior to travel.

In addition, select stations will be have prizes from the movie.

The promotion is valid at 40 Amtrak destinations, including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Oakland, Dallas, Baltimore, Cleveland, Portland, Seattle, St. Louis, New Orleans, Pittsburgh, Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Charleston, and more.
