Selena Gomez proved this week that she knows how to throw one heck of a summertime bachelorette party.

The pop star, E! News reported, spent four sunny days in Mexico alongside a few of her best girlfriends. According to Elle, Gomez planned the bash in honor of her best friend and cousin Priscilla DeLeon’s upcoming wedding. And, she couldn’t have picked a better hotel to spend a bit of time in for a ladies' getaway. According to E! News, Gomez and her friends stayed in the Four Seasons Punta Mita, located along the southwest coast of Mexico, where they relaxed, laughed, and had all the fun.

"The group spent a lot of time at the beach and pool and went on a few excursions outside of the property too," a source told E! News. "One day they rented ATVs and rode through the jungle and to the top of a mountain. They had the best time and all rode in a single file line to the top where they posed for photos."

The insider added, "They did a lot of relaxing at the beach where they had daybeds set up and lunch served.”

The soon-to-be bride also seemed over the moon about her bachelorette weekend thanks to Gomez. In an Instagram post from the trip, DeLeon wrote, “I wouldn’t want anyone else standing next to me at the alter (even the two pregnant ones that couldn’t attend) My maid of honor really showed out this weekend and threw me the bachelorette party of my dreams. I am forever grateful.”

According to the source, the girls sat around just chatting and having fun. In the afternoon, they reportedly took out a few of the hotel’s stand up paddleboards and Gomez was a natural.

“Selena paddled around the bay with no problem,” the source said. “She started off on her knees but quickly stood up and was good at it."

Though really all this fun shouldn’t be too surprising. After all, the Four Seasons Punta Mita is filled with wall-to-wall activities for all vacationers — celebrity or otherwise.

At the property, guests can lounge by its pools in oversized cabanas, take part in sea turtle releases, attend outdoor yoga sessions, or even rent the Four Seasons yacht for a private charter down the coast. On the boat tour guests can snorkel, fish, and even spot a whale migration from December to March. Go ahead, do as Gomez would tell you to do, and book a suite plus the yacht. It will be a vacation worthy of writing a chart-topping song about.
