Prince William and Kate Middleton may be back in London now, but we’re still busy re-living their ultra-chic summer vacation.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, along with their three children, recently spent a bit of their vacation time on the luxurious private Caribbean island of Mustique. Now that the royals have officially left the building we can finally share a glimpse of their swoon-worthy villa.

According to The Sun, the family rented out a villa on the island large enough to house them and Kate’s parents, Carole and Mike Middleton. It’s a monster-sized villa that also came with a monster-sized price tag of $68,000 for their two-week stay. But, honestly, take a gander at the villa because all that money may have been worth it.

The five-bedroom villa, built in 2016 by property developer Andrew Dunn, comes with a stunning 60-foot infinity pool overlooking the ocean as well as the nearby islands of Bequia and Saint Vincent.

Inside, the family likely spent time in the oversized indoor-outdoor living space. Or, they could have cozied up in any of the bedrooms, which each came with plush bedding and the Caribbean sun flooding in thanks to the oversized windows.

The home may have been built in a contemporary style, but its decor isn’t anything less than coastal perfection. Each room comes decorated in a light pink, cream, and blue color scheme to mimic the seashore outside.

Beyond the home itself, the rental price also covers the fulltime staff on hand to attend to any royal need. The staff includes a butler, cleaning staff, as well as a chef who can cook up just about anything.

“The focus is on al fresco dining at Antilles,” a brochure for the property reads, according to The Sun. “With a choice of indoor and outdoor dining locations and a trained chef, menus can be tailored to suit every taste and preference.”

The Sun noted, a sample menu in the brochure shows prawn ceviche, grilled lobster and slow-cooked baby back ribs.

While the home itself is stunning, and its amenities are impeccable, the royals may also have chosen to vacation on the island due to its other perks. Perks like a totally private escape and a private security staff to ensure no paparazzi and no fans interrupt their family time together.

Want to vacation just like the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge? You can rent the property too, so long as you can afford that royal price tag.
