So if you have good credit and want to take advantage of these new bonuses, now could be a great time. With some cards, you can get up to $1,000 in free travel if you sign up and spend a certain amount of money in the first few months—and if you’re already planning to spend a good chunk of change on gifts, travel, hosting, and more this holiday season, it could be a great way to get your money to work for you.
