Flight cancelations are a huge hassle, but it’s still important to keep your cool.

One passenger at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, unfortunately, let her anger get the best of her earlier this week after American Airlines canceled hundreds of flights due to a technical issue.

The 24-year-old woman was reportedly broke a window on the upper level of the airport, WBTV reported. Afterward, she walked away, but police apprehended and cited her after reviewing surveillance footage.

For its part, American said the issue had been resolved as of Tuesday.

“We understand that these cancellations have been frustrating for our customers, and teams from PSA and American have been working around the clock to get things back to normal as quickly as possible,” an American Airlines spokesperson told Fox News. “We are rebooking passengers and American's Customer Relations department continues to reach out all affected customers. We encourage our customers traveling on PSA-operated flights over the next few days to check their flight status at or on the American Airlines app.”

In case it needs to be said, property damage is unlikely to help a person’s chances of getting their flight rescheduled in a timely and convenient manner.
