National Donut Day 2018 is on Friday, June 1, and donut shops across the country are celebrating by offering free donuts (or doughnuts, depending on your spelling of choice) and other dessert deals.

Whether you’re craving a Boston cream donut or a cinnamon-sugared variety, you can snag one for free this Friday at participating locations.

We’ve rounded up the top deals for this year’s donut celebration, giving you the chance to enjoy the sweet treat free of charge.

Krispy Kreme:

Krispy Kreme locations will offer one free donut of your choice, no purchase necessary.

Dunkin' Donuts:

Head to participating Dunkin’ Donuts locations and get a free classic donut with a purchase of any drink throughout the day.

La Mar’s Donuts:

La Mar’s is partnering with The Salvation Army to offer free donuts at various locations. Print out the ticket on La Mar’s website and present it for your donut. La Mar's Donuts has locations in Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Kwik Trip:

Kwik Trip convenience stores will offer a free glazed donut for Kwik Rewards card holders. Kwik Trip has locations in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota.

Duck Donuts:

Stop in to Duck Donuts locations and get one free classic donut (flavors include bare, cinnamon sugar, or powdered sugar). Duck Donuts has locations along the East Coast, plus Georgia, Texas, Kansas, and California.

Tim Hortons:

Tim Hortons locations in Canada will serve a honey dip breakfast sandwich made with a honey dip donut and the same toppings you can get on its hot breakfast sandwich, which typically includes bacon or turkey sausage, eggs, and cheese. The sandwich will only be available on Friday. Meanwhile, select Tim Hortons restaurants in Buffalo, Columbus, and Detroit, will be offering bite-size dough balls dipped in honey and covered in edible 24-karat gold.

Honey Dew Donuts:

Purchase any medium drink or larger and get a free S’More donut topped with chocolate frosting, graham cookies, and marshmallows. Honey Dew Donuts has locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.


Entenmann’s is partnering with the Salvation Army to take part in its “Do Good Donut Parties,” giving out free donuts to veterans at locations across the country.

Cumberland Farms:

Stop into any of Cumberland Farms’ newly remodeled stores across the Northeast and Florida from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. and get a free donut with the purchase of a Farmhouse Blend or any beverage from its Chill Zone.
