If you’re one of those people who insists on being on time, Minneapolis-St.Paul International Airport, or MSP, is for you.

According to 2018’s Punctuality Report, the airport scored first place for “major airports” (20 to 30 million departing seats per year) when it comes to on-time departures. The report was put together by the OAG Punctuality League, a U.K.-based air travel intelligence company that ranks the performance of aircrafts and airports in the U.S. and abroad, and is based on full year data from 2017.

The OAG report found that 85.7 percent of flights landed or took off on time from MSP, defining “on time” as an arrival or departure taking place within 14 minutes and 59 seconds of its scheduled time. Cancellations are also factored in. Considering that the Minneapolis-St. Paul area has to combat its fair share of bad winter weather and is the 16th busiest airport in the nation, this percentage is a surprising and impressive feat.

Within the top 20 most punctual airports in the major airport category, 10 are located in the U.S., including Detroit, Phoenix, Houston, Charlotte, Seattle, Miami, Las Vegas, Orlando, and Boston.

For airports in the “mega” category, which are responsible for over 30 million departing seats per year, the Tokyo Haneda Airport takes the cake, with an even more impressive 86.75 percent of flights performing on time.

In terms of airline punctuality, airBaltic comes in first place for mainline airlines with 90% on-time arrivals and departures, with Hong Kong Airlines coming in 2nd and Hawaiian Airlines in third place, making it the most punctual North American airline in 2017.
