Minnie Mouse was just honored on Hollywood's Walk of Fame with a star of her own.

The famous mouse celebrated her 90th anniversary in show business with a star placed on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, joining Disney stars like Donald Duck, Winnie the Pooh, Snow White, Tinker Bell, Kermit the Frog, and, of course, her longtime love Mickey Mouse.

Minnie Mouse's star ceremony took place Monday in front of Disney's El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles. Singer Katy Perry and Disney CEO Bob Iger attended the star unveiling and dedication. Perry matched Minnie Mouse with a polka dot dress and hat to complement the animated mouse's typical getup.

"Her style is the epitome of fun fashion, trust," Perry said at the ceremony. "To this day, no one rocks a bow, the color red or a dot quite like her. Trust me, I'm trying."

Minnie Mouse was thrilled to unveil her star.

"I'm so grateful and I want to thank all my friends from around the world. And Mickey, I'm so happy you're here to share this wonderful day to me," she said, blowing him a kiss. "This really is the best day ever."

The star for Minnie Mouse marked the 2,627th on the Walk of Fame, according to Entertainment Weekly. The animated mouse was introduced to the world in 1928 in the short film Steamboat Willie, which also presented Mickey Mouse for the first time.
