Melania Trump Said She Wanted to Spend the Holidays on a 'Deserted Island'
The internet is having a field day with a remark First Lady Melania Trump made during a visit to the Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C.
While visiting the hospital, a holiday tradition for first ladies, Trump took questions from young patients. A 10-year-old named Andy, asked Trump where she would spend the holidays if she could go anywhere, USA Today reports.
"I would spend the holidays on a deserted island, tropical island, with my family," the first lady responded.
Unsurprisingly, Trump's comment got some quick reactions on social media.
The patient question-and-answer session also revealed that Trump's favorite Christmas carol is "Oh, Holy Night," she likes to eat "healthy food" for Christmas dinner and her Christmas wish is for "peace on the world, health, love [and] kindness."
