New Balance and J.Crew Release New Limited-Edition Sneakers Inspired by America's National Parks
Step into the great outdoors with shoes that look as good as they feel.
Now you can walk into the great outdoors with shoes that feel like they were made for them but still keep you looking slick and sleek.
The "998 National Parks Pack" sneakers come in two different colors.
One pair is adorned in blue suede finishes to mimic the rich aqua tones visitors will find at Oregon’s Crater Lake National Park, while the other pair is draped in dark brown and tan tones to blend in seamlessly with the desert landscape of Death Valley National Park.
The shoes are constructed out of suede and come with mesh underlays and a full-length Abzorb sole unit. That provides you with extra cushioning to help reduce the shock that can travel from shoes up to your legs and cause lower back, heel, or ankle pain.
This way, you can get all day support while traversing through the hiking trails and dunes you'll come across at national parks.
New Balance has a wide array of playful designs the company has released throughout the years, from a Northern Lights-inspired sneaker in black suede and a galactic speckled sole to a bright beach-themed version with red, yellow, and blue accents to resemble a beach ball.
The National Park sneakers, which are available on J. Crew’s websites and at its store locations, cost $180, with $10 of each purchase donated to the National Park Foundation.
