There are plenty of amazing restaurants in the U.S. — in fact, Travel + Leisure and Food&Wine teamed up to find some of the best — serving up dishes that transport people around the world with their bold flavors, strong smells, and delicious tastes.

For Marriott Bonvoy members, those flavors are about to get even better, because starting today, those enrolled in the program can earn points at over 11,000 restaurants across the United States with Eat Around Town by Marriott Bonvoy.

From now until Nov. 11, members will earn eight points for every dollar spent at restaurants included in the program. After Nov. 11, members will earn six points for every dollar spent indulging in New York-style pizza, cajun food in New Orleans, or whatever delicacy they prefer from sea to shining sea.

“Our members are passionate about food and dining which go hand in hand with travel,” David Flueck, senior vice president of global loyalty at Marriott International, said in a statement. “Sharing an amazing meal with family, friends or colleagues will now be more rewarding as members can earn a significant number of points to enjoy the benefits of Marriott Bonvoy, even when they’re not staying with us.”

Marriott Bonvoy members can begin earning points from dining experiences by visiting and creating a dining profile. Once users have linked a credit or debit card, points will be tracked and added after they dine at participating restaurants. The site, which is a collaboration with Rewards Network, allows users to search for their favorite restaurants — or the hot spots they’ve been dying to try — here.

This is just the latest venture for Marriott Bonvoy, which launched in February 2019. Members of the program can exchange their points for stays at over 7,000 properties around the world or exciting experiences like access to Vanity Fair’s Oscars party or VIP tickets to Formula One races with Marriott Bonvoy Moments.
