She might play a “crazy ex-girlfriend” on TV, but actress and producer Rachel Bloom is pretty sane when it comes to what she packs for a trip.

The star of CW's musical comedy-drama series "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" went through her travel essentials, starting with her 8-year-old dog, Wiley, in a New York Times interview.

“Because my husband was in New York for so long, I got my dog certified as an emotional support animal," Bloom said. "And you can always tell when you’re on a flight coming in from L.A., with the amount of emotional support dogs on it.”

The actress always has dog treats and supplies with her for her side kick, but if you don’t travel with a furry companion, Bloom has five other, human-geared travel necessities.

On planes, she uses a portable humidifier that plugs right into her phone to prevent her throat from getting too dry, and she’s always in her comfiest clothes.

“I wear basically pajamas on the plane. I wear the softest pants that I can find, the softest shirt that I can find. I mean sometimes I won’t wear a bra. I am just basically preparing to pretend that I’m in a bed for six, seven hours,” she told the Times.

The last two items on her carry-on list are her laptop (so she can get work done) and some magazines — even if she never ends up putting the latter to use.

“I did this thing a couple years ago where I subscribed to one magazine and somehow got like seven magazine subscriptions that I’ve been meaning to cancel, so my house is filled with magazines. I mean every single bathroom in my house is filled with all these magazines,” Bloom explained to the Times.

"So usually in my carry-on I will have some combination of magazines and then nine times out of 10 I end up falling asleep or watching a movie and I don’t finish the magazine, so I’m walking around with the same copy of The Atlantic for the whole vacation, and then I bring it back home.”

"Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" is currently on Season 3, and you can watch new episodes on Fridays at 8 p.m. EST live on the CW or stream the episodes when they hit Netflix.
