A short walk from Westminster Abbey and the House of Parliament, this modern Indian restaurant was established in the Old Westminster Library in 2001. In addition to the oak-paneled dining room, which features a huge skylight and a mezzanine level lined with books, the restaurant also has two private dining rooms and two bars serving unusual cocktails like the signature cinnamon Bellini. The ever-changing menu, designed by classically trained Indian chef Vivek Singh, includes updated versions of traditional recipes, such as spice-crusted sea bass wrapped in banana leaf and roast saddle of red deer with sesame tamarind sauce.
