Located on the grounds of the 200-year-old Lareau Farm, the Waitsfield branch opens its barn doors Thursday through Sunday to serve Aquarian-named flatbreads like Punctuated Equilibrium (olives, roasted peppers, and white cheese), Revolution (caramelized onions, mushrooms, and cheeses), and Dancing Heart (garlic oil, asiago, sesame). Seats can be hard to come by, so guests must put their name on the list when doors open at 4 p.m.
