Shrine to the rock God Jimi Hendrix, whose roots are in Vancouver—his grandparents immigrated to the city in 1911. The shrine used to be part of Vie's, where Hendrix's grandmother worked as a cook. Vie's served musical artists such as Nat King Cole and Louis Armstrong, and Hendrix and his cousins supposedly helped their grandmother dish up food at at the restaurant.
