Crespelle
Crêpes are the focus at this casual dining spot, which offers both sweet and savory fillings, as well as fresh juices and a full bar menu. It opened as a pop-up restaurant during the 2015 FIS Alpine World Championships and was met with such success that the owners decided to make it a permanent fixture in town. The restaurant’s close proximity to Gondola One makes it a convenient choice for breakfast, lunch, or après. For prime people-watching, we suggest grabbing a spot in the outdoor seating area, which is just as comfortable in the winter as it is in the summer, thanks to communal fur blankets and heaters.
