“A wine bar with a focus on craft cocktails” is how owner Jeremy Campbell describes this Vail newcomer at the base of Gondola One. Campbell, a soon-to-be Master Sommelier if he has his way, cut his teeth at Kelly Liken, the Top Chef’s namesake restaurant that closed in 2015, and has now brought in his most talented ex-colleagues to run the town's most progressive bar. Forty-plus wines are served by the glass, categorized on the menu by flavor profile rather than geography, and cocktails change at the whim of whoever is behind the bar that day. Whatever you want to drink, put yourself in the bartenders’ hands—they'll blow you away with their knowledge and offer plenty of tasting pours to make sure you end up happy.
