From chef Paul Bartolotta comes this Italian seafood restaurant set inside the Wynn Las Vegas resort. The dining room is dramatically lit with glass bubble chandlers, but patrons can also dine outside in a waterside cabana. The establishment is renowned for its fresh whole fish, flown in daily from the Mediterranean, as well as its homemade pastas. Specialties include the whole bronzino, spicy rock lobster spaghetti, and lasagnette con ragu di crostacei ("rags" of pasta with crab, shrimp, langoustines, lobster, white wine, and tomato).
