Many of these items are identical to what’s offered on the resort’s more formal dining option’s menu. Specialties include Pacific Coast Dungeness crab and artichoke dip, Washington onion soup, and grilled potlatch salmon. Many Washington State wines are available by the glass, and people commonly convene around the fireplace at happy hour. Happy hour is offered Monday through Thursday from 3-6 p.m., as well as Sunday from 7-10 p.m.
