Grand Hyatt, Seattle
Adjacent to the Washington State Convention Center, the 425-room, Grand Hyatt is a big hotel that flaunts a number of boutique-hotel flourishes (like Marble-clad, four-piece baths feature shower enclosures and deep, soaker tubs). Rooms and suites are decorated in warm harvest tones of tan, pumpkin, and cream and feature original artwork on walls. Hyatt's Respire program ensures housekeeping follows strict cleaning and air-filtration-system protocols to minimize allergens and irritants. This theater-district hotel opened in 2000, and has an on-site Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Starbucks, and 24-hour, 3,800-square-foot gym.
