La Posada de Santa Fe Resort & Spa
Have a traditional Santa Fe experience in one of the city’s oldest hotels. Built in the late 1800s as a private residence for businessman Abraham Staab and his wife Julia Staab, the core of this luxurious and sprawling property is the original turn-of-the-century building. Order a drink at its famous Staab House bar, or sit down for dinner at the property’s five-star restaurant, called Julia. If you book a certain suite in the older part of the hotel, you may even get to meet the ghost of Mrs. Staab herself—apparently she didn’t want to leave either.
