Less is more at this charming and somewhat gritty roadside taco shop where the chairs are plastic and so are the blue-and-white-checked tablecloths. The menu is as unpretentious as the décor: fish ceviche tostados, lightly battered shrimp and scallops folded inside handmade flour or corn tortillas. The salad bar is loaded with salsas, roasted chiles, lime wedges, and other fixin's.
