Harry Denton's Starlight Room atop the Sir Francis Drake Hotel is a rooftop bar, where patrons come to see and be seen. The nightclub's interior is decorated in rich golds and deep ruby reds splashed, but the 360-degree view is the biggest seller with views of the cityscape and fog over the Bay Bridge. Mixologist Joel Teitelbaum has created a drink menu highlighting each decade since the invention of the cocktail. It egins with punch and moves into other eras, such as prohibition, which includes the winter flip, made with cinnamon infused pisco, calvados, apple juice, lemon, and a whole egg.
