Enoteca Corsi
This lunch-only wine bar and osteria is always bustling with customers for its great menu of traditional Roman dishes like saltimbocca (a thin veal medallion with prosciutto and sage) and traditional pastas like carbonara and amatriciana. Decor is Roman enoteca straight out of the 1930s—walls lined with bottles from floor to ceiling, wooden chairs and tables, paper tablecloths, and limited elbow room. Good fun and great value.
