Owned by New Jersey native Joe Fabrocini, this casual hot dog emporium opened in 2008 and quickly earned a loyal following with its 23 specialty hot dogs, representing flavors from around the nation. Two years later, the restaurant moved to its current location: a diner-like space with a front counter and an open, stainless-steel kitchen. Menu options range from the Manhattan Dog, topped with red-onion sauce, sauerkraut, and brown mustard, to the deep-fried Ripper, a New Jersey original served with Bald Eagle sauce (house-made spicy mustard relish). The restaurant also serves hamburgers and classic sides, such as chili-cheese tater tots.
