True to tradition, Spacca Napoli bakes each of its Neapolitan pies in a custom-built, wood-burning oven that is decorated in a mosaic of Bisazza glass. The thin crust is handmade and baked until chewy. Topping combinations include the classic margherita with fior di latte mozzarella and basil and the funghi e salsiccia with fior di latte mozzarella, basil, mushrooms, and Italian sausage.
