Le Bouchon
Le Bouchon's open kitchen, food, and decor takes its inspiration from Lyon. In many ways, dining here feels much more like being in a family home than in a restaurant—thanks to the seemingly telepathic waiters (service here is great) and the casual communal tables. Certain dishes, like salads, are meant to be shared, and the mains are unusual—like the pig-ear cake with poached egg—but perfectly executed. Save room for dessert, which is served buffet-style.
