Auberge Saint-Antoine
Before the Auberge Saint Antoine was built, an archaelogical dig on its site unveiled hundreds of historic artifacts dating as far back as the 1600s. Those pieces are now displayed in the Relais & Chateaux property, adding character and originality to each of the 95 rooms. The building used to be a maritime warehouse, and exposed brick walls and low-slung wooden beams still feature prominently in the hotel's award-winning Panache Restaurant (the lobster appetizer with zucchini flower is a must-order). There's lots to do in the hotel, which has a gym, private cinema, spa treatments using G.M. Collins (the official skincare supplier for both the Oscars and the Golden Globes). And you can even get archaeological tours of the hotel itself.
