For the last 25 years, Tessaro's has been slinging beef patties on their hardwood grills, which you can smell wafting from the restaurant when you walk by. All of the ground chuck burgers pass through the hands of their in-house butcher. The burger menu itself is thankfully not lengthy and overwrought—there are eight burgers to choose from, like their Cajun burger with Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and thousand island dressing on toasted rye.
