From your seat at Dinette’s bar, it’s surprisingly entertaining to watch the chefs fan out pizza dough before it hits the oven. Owner and chef Sonja Finn is almost always there to make sure the Italian-inspired menu stays simple, fresh, and bright. Pizzas steal the show, and depending on the time of year, they’re generously topped with royal trumpet mushrooms or sometimes Kalamata tapenade. Dinette has a solid list of red and white wines and fresh ingredients like tomatoes are grown on the restaurant’s rooftop garden.
