The Livermore almost feels like an experimental restaurant/bar that serves Italian food in a long, dark room with banks of windows on all sides. It’s often sleepy and perfect for a very chill nightcap or aperitif. The drinks are superb, as the bar has a team of mixologists turning out really delicious and sophisticated cocktails like their Miss Bennett, made with rum, ramazzotti, dry vermouth, cardamaro. And the negronis—white or red—are pretty much the best in town. The proprietors also own Bar Marco, another Italian eatery and bar, in the Strip District.
