Located at the Sanctuary Resort & Spa, Jade Bar serves inventive cocktails amid panoramic views of Camelback Mountain and Paradise Valley. The space is small and stylish, with wood paneling, candlelit tables, and hanging white lanterns, as well as wall-to-wall windows facing a heated patio. Behind the bar, award-winning mixologist Jason Asher and his team craft signature cocktails like the Sugar Snap Southside: sugar snap pea—infused vodka with muddled mint, egg white, fresh lemon, and simple syrup. The bar also serves Asian-inspired small plates like garlic-sesame shishito peppers from the adjacent Elements restaurant, run by celebrity chef Beau MacMillan.
