L’Horizon Resort and Spa
Today's iconic Palm Springs architectural style owes its beginning to William F. Cody, and this boutique hotel, built in 1952 for a Hollywood producer, is preserved as a tribute to his mid-century modern designs. More recently, the hotel was fully renovated by designer Steve Hermann. The bungalows come with patios, and there are 25 guest rooms, from the Queen Standard to the 2,000-square-foot Residence, which has its own private pool. Platform beds, ample glass, and the occasional zebra print fill the interiors, and bathrooms are stocked with Le Labo toiletries. This adults-only property (age 18 and up) has a full-service spa, saline pool, and offers room service from the adjacent So-Pa restaurant.
