Famed chef David Bouley’s flagship TriBeCa restaurant serves up French cuisine with modern Asian influences. Extravagant tasting menus are offered at both lunch and dinner. Inside the dimly lit dining room, the tables with white linen cloths are surrounded by plush chairs. Entrées include organic Colorado rack of lamb, organic Long Island roasted duck, and black Sea Bass. Jackets are required for gentlemen.
