Features
Quirky/offbeat

Built in 1724 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II of Jaipur, the Jantar Mantar is a collection of oversized astronomy instruments ranging from sun dials to meridian locators. Unfortunately its modern-day location in the shadow of nearby buildings renders it useless for modern-day measurement—but it's a fascinating place to visit nonetheless.
