Vogafjos
A restaurant and a dairy tucked inside the same cowshed, Vogafjos takes farm-to-table to the next level by placing a plexiglass window between the customers and cows. Sip on a latte while watching the farmers care for their herd, and then head over to the cowshed and try milking one yourself. An assortment of dairy products are made daily on site, but the house-smoked lox and Geysir bread baked underground using the natural heat of the earth should not be overlooked, either.
