Owner and executive chef Scott Pampuch opened Corner Table in Southwest Minneapolis in 2004 with a commitment to local foods and family owned and operated suppliers. Today, Corner Table remains as devoted as ever to those values. The menu is seasonal, changing with the yields from the field. Try pan-roasted trout filet with black-eyed peas and dirty rice, or the grilled grass-fed beef burger on a brioche with bacon aioli. The ambiance is clean and cozy, replete with seasonal, artful bouquets and a soft beige color palette.
