When Joe's reopens its doors each October for stone crab season, it's a near-holy event. For six months, celebrities and chefs flock to the southern tip of Miami Beach for Joe's crustacean feast that starts with claws and continues with a fried chicken that professional foodie (and South Beach Wine & Food Festival founder) Lee Schrager dubs the best in the nation. For a sweet ending to an already gratifying meal, order the Key Lime Pie—but be forewarned that no other slice will compare to it ever again.
