Hotel bars are not all the rage in Mexico City—there are far too many interesting, fantastic stand-alone bars to draw locals into hotels, which tend to have overpriced cocktails. But exceptions are made for Fifty Mils, a cocktail bar in the Four Seasons. The menu is carefully curated, with 20 drinks: 10 classics and 10 contemporary concoctions. Try the wildly popular Bugs Bunny, a gin-based cocktail with fresh carrot juice and three chiles. Indoor or outdoor seating is available and service is attentive without being obtrusive.
