Some of the folks involved in Milk and Honey, New York's acclaimed speakeasy-style bar, have brought their high standards and cocktail expertise to Australian shores. Guests sit at the broad marble bar—all the better for engaging with those mixing the drinks—or in one of the leather-seated booths. Juice is squeezed as each drink is made, ice is hand-cut, and table service is de rigueur. Classics—sazeracs, fizzes, sours—make up the short cocktail list, but it's most fun to leave the choosing in the more-than-capable hands of the barkeep.
